I and my family are truly thankful to have Nirvana agents (agency 827 infinity legacy group) Esther Thean, Irene Kon and Vera Chang for their support and guidance through this incredibly difficult time.
My mom had actually secretly purchased a double niche last year from Esther and to be honest, i am actually relieved that she did.
Upon first contact with Esther upon my father's passing, she called me to answer all queries and to guide me through what to expect after the cremation. To my surprise, the entire team actually turned up at the funeral on the next evening despite my location being at the other end of SG. There, a detailed explanation as to the proceedings was provided and the patience and attention to detail was honestly impressive. No upselling was done which put me more at ease.
Come the day of the cremation, the team was waiting for me with an umbrella at the entrance of Nirvana. Throughout the process, my family was served like we were VIP. The bone picker master KC was also thoroughly respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Despite my sadness, i was actually in awe of the whole process.
Overall, Nirvana Columbarium is a majestic and modern establishment. So impressive that my entire family is seriously considering purchasing side by side niches for our afterlife.

When dad pass away, mom called Nirvana and Esther, Vera and Irene came down to the funeral to pay respect and to explain to us how the process would be after dad’s cremation. A group chat was set up after that to give us information and to answer questions we have about the bone picking and 49 days Ji Ling.
My brother and I are free thinker so would have been lost without their guidance. When we went to Nirvana for the bone picking after dad’s cremation, the ladies were there to guide us patiently. They were attentive and took great care of my aged mom throughout - making sure mom is ok, opening doors for her, bringing her to the loo and comforting her. They even bring us to the room of dad’s niche which unfortunately would only be ready next week as it’s brand new.
I really like Nirvana and its space. It’s bright and modern and I feel peace when I enter the place. Even contemplated on getting a niche beside my parents.
